Privacy policy

The direct booking form collects guest name, email, optional phone, optional country, booking dates, guest count and optional message. Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout.

Enquiries and booking emails may be sent through a transactional email provider. Anti-spam checks may use Cloudflare Turnstile when forms are enabled.

Passport/DNI details are not collected through the public booking form. They may be requested later through the official guest registration process where legally required.
