Booking terms and important notes

Please read these notes before paying for a stay. Final cancellation, check-in, check-out, pet and deposit details must be shown clearly before live payments are enabled.

Payment and confirmation

A direct booking is confirmed only after secure payment has completed and a booking confirmation email has been sent. Card details are handled by Stripe Checkout and are not handled directly by this website.

Cancellation and deposit

The cancellation policy and any refundable security deposit must be confirmed before live bookings are accepted. If these details are not visible before payment, please contact the owner before booking.

Property disclosures

Cortijo Salud is a traditional rural home rather than a luxury villa. It does not currently have air conditioning or a swimming pool. Fans may be provided for comfort.

Guest registration

The tourism registration number will be added once confirmed. Passport/DNI details are not collected through the public booking form and may be required later through the official guest registration process.
